this thread lists the popular blackhat seo forum syndk8.net for sale. As the site owner was recently in Newseek, and the site has been mentioned in Mr. Cutts blog and in slashdot, it has recently surged in growth and become noticed.

I think this is a classic example of quitting while you are ahead. Syndk8.net is now scrutinized by everyone in the industry and much of its previous community will probably begin to find another more leet place to hang out. The owner refuses to name a price or starting bid, but from the tone of some of his recent posts I believe he is more interested in working on other projects so the site will end up selling, that is if anyone has the cajones to run the black hat seo forums.
